Inovatus brings more than a decade of experience to specialist translation projects. We work with translators who combine linguistic skill with knowledge of technical, legal, financial and other fields. Services are available in more than 50 languages and cover more than 100 language pairs, subject to the language pair and specialist availability. Our clients include businesses and organisations in law, finance, media and other industries.
For individuals, we provide translation services for personal documents such as birth certificates, passports and diplomas. Our professional translators prepare each document for its intended use.
We review the finished translation for completeness, meaning, spelling and language quality, and resolve unclear passages before delivery.
Our network includes professional translators and interpreters. We can help define your requirements, plan the work and answer specialist questions. Your project manager keeps you informed about the assignment and its progress.
We translate:
- concept documents,
- summaries,
- annual reports,
- income statements,
- business plans,
- prospectuses,
- marketing materials,
- private and public offers,
- corporate websites.
We assign work to translators with relevant subject knowledge and strong command of the target language. The team draws on expertise in law, education, linguistics, journalism and editing to convey concepts, terminology and marketing messages clearly.
Translation prices
Prices depend on the amount of text, source and target languages, document type, specialist terminology, certification, format and delivery deadline.
The translation direction also affects the price. We assess the required language pair and specialist availability rather than assume that all directions cost the same.
Urgent projects may attract a surcharge. We confirm the total price and feasible delivery date before work begins.
Contact us with the source text, required languages and deadline for a precise, no-obligation quote. We will review your enquiry and confirm the price and available delivery date.
Which type of translation do you need?
We adapt our approach to the purpose of your project. If you are unsure which service fits your sector and audience, we can help define the scope, format and level of adaptation for your target market.

Translation for general understanding – Suitable when you need to understand the overall content.
Close translation – A faithful rendering of the source, with careful attention to wording and style.
Localised translation – Content adapted to the language, conventions and expectations of the target market.
Creative translation – A flexible approach that adapts context, cultural references and wordplay while preserving the purpose and effect of the original message.
What is an uncertified translation?
An uncertified translation is suitable for personal, business or informational use when the recipient does not require court interpreter certification. It does not bear a court interpreter’s stamp. Typical examples include websites, correspondence, articles, technical instructions, machinery specifications, books, brochures and travel guides. We agree the required quality checks and deliver the translation electronically or on paper, as requested.
