Tender document translation for official and business use
Tender documentation includes participation conditions, bid forms, technical requirements and evidence requested by the contracting organisation. A single tender often contains several types of document with different translation requirements.

When is it used in Croatia?
Foreign bidders may need Croatian translations of certificates, references, financial information or technical annexes to participate in a Croatian tender. Follow the language instructions and conditions of the particular procedure.
When is it used abroad?
Croatian companies translate documents for public and private tenders abroad. Check the language, submission format and certification requirements before preparing the final bid.
When might you need this document translated?
- Evidence of registration and authority of the person signing the bid.
- Certificates of settled obligations and financial standing.
- References for previous projects and professional qualifications.
- Technical specifications, forms and bidder statements.
When do you need a certified translation?
Not every part of a bid automatically requires a certified translation. A court interpreter certifies the documents for which this is requested. Translation is separate from preparing the bidโs content or proving eligibility.
What should you send us?
Send the documents, submission deadline, contracting organisationโs instructions and a list of sections requiring certification. Highlight subsequent amendments and tender clarifications.
Inovatus works with court interpreters to provide certified translations. Before we start, we agree the languages, scope, deadline and delivery or collection arrangements. To request a quote, tell us where you will submit the document and share any instructions you have received.
Which languages do we work with?
Choose a language to find out about translation and certification. We will agree how to deliver your certified translation once we have reviewed the document and its intended use.
