Birth certificate translation
Birth certificates contain details that must be conveyed carefully: names, place and date of birth, parent information, notes, stamps and later entries. Send every page and reverse side. For documents in another script, match names to the passport or another document being submitted with the translation.
Marriage certificate translation
We carefully check spouses’ details, date and place of marriage, surnames and document notes. Tell us whether the translation is for registering a marriage, changing personal details or another procedure. Is court interpreter certification required?
Check certification and document-format requirements with the receiving institution and send us its instructions. A multilingual form, register extract and ordinary copy are not necessarily the same document. We quote for the actual document and purpose. Tell us about any additional legalisation or Apostille requirement; translation certification and legalisation of the original are separate steps.
