Document review for an urgent translation

How do I order an urgent translation?

  1. Call and tell us your deadline. Explain which document you need, the source and target languages, and where you will submit it.
  2. Send every page immediately. Email a readable scan or clear photographs to inovatus@inovatustranslations.com. Include reverse sides, stamps, notes and attachments.
  3. We confirm feasibility, price and deadline. We check whether a court interpreter, original document or additional material is required. The deadline applies after we confirm the assignment and receive all necessary documents.
  4. We start translating. We translate the document, check details and terminology, and prepare the agreed delivery format.

Can a translation be ready within one hour?

A short, readable document may be translated within one hour if its volume and requirements allow. Examples might include a simple certificate, short statement or personal document. We confirm whether this timeframe is possible only after reviewing the document.

Same-day delivery is often possible for shorter documents. Timing depends on the number of pages, text density, specialist terminology, languages, submission time and certification requirements. Rare languages or complex assignments may require more time.

Longer documents and next-day delivery

Where the subject and document format allow, several translators can work on an urgent assignment. We divide the work into coherent sections, coordinate specialist terminology and check consistency. Next-day delivery may therefore be possible for some larger projects.

Using several translators does not mean that every document can be completed overnight. If the deadline is too short for the full material, we can discuss priority documents or phased delivery where suitable for your procedure.

Urgent certified translations by court interpreters

For official procedures, tell us whether the recipient requires a certified translation, how many copies are needed and whether an original or copy must be attached. Check whether the document needs an apostille or other legalisation before translation. Urgent preparation does not replace the recipient’s requirements.

Sending a scan allows a quick assessment and, by agreement, work to begin. Binding, certification and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately. A scan of the completed translation is not accepted as a substitute for a physical certified copy in every procedure.

How to photograph a document for an urgent translation

  • Place the document flat and photograph it in good light, without shadows or glare.
  • Include the whole page, including edges, stamps and signatures.
  • Check that small print and numbers are readable. Send the original photographs without unnecessary compression.
  • Send pages in order and identify missing attachments. For longer documents, a PDF scan or original editable file is preferable.

Documents often needed urgently

Contracts, diplomas, criminal record certificates, birth certificates, court judgments and tender documents. Please highlight the date of your appointment, job interview, enrolment or other procedure.

Translation languages and delivery

View information about English, German, Italian, French and other court interpreting languages. The deadline for an urgent translation is agreed for each order.

We can agree electronic delivery, personal collection or shipping, depending on the document and your needs. Translation completion time and physical delivery time are different, so tell us in advance where and when the translation must be received.
