Academic transcript and education record translation for official use
An academic transcript lists completed subjects, grades and other information about a course of education. A curriculum, course descriptions, attendance or completion certificate and diploma supplement may also be requested.
When is it used in Croatia?
Foreign education records may be translated for enrolment, further study, programme comparisons or qualification recognition or evaluation. Different institutions may request different supporting documents.
When is it used abroad?
Croatian transcripts and programmes may be translated for applications to overseas institutions, student mobility, professional procedures or evidence of educational competence.
When might you need this document translated?

When do you need a certified translation?
A court interpreter certifies the sections requested by the recipient. Translation does not convert grades or credits into another education system or determine programme equivalence. Preserving subject names, credits and teaching hours allows the recipient to make its own assessment.
What should you send us?
Send the complete transcript, grading key, programme description and an exact list of required annexes. For extensive programmes, identify the sections specifically requested by the institution.
